Net Investment Hedging
Net Investment Hedging:
An investor in a non-integral operation is exposed to changes in the carrying amount of
net assets of the foreign operation arising from translation of those assets into the reporting when the gains and losses on the hedged item are not recognised therein. Ineffective portion of the change in the fair value of the hedging instrument is recognised directly in profit and loss.
