Though your aunts and neighbours are not well-aware of the term CMA, it is one of the most respected designations for someone in the corporate accounting industry. Certified Accounting Management (CMA) is more than just a designation. No wonder the list of students interested in spending their money, effort and time in becoming a CMA are gradually increasing.
Offered by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), CMA is a professional credential required for someone willing to become a part of the management accounting profession. Though this credential is not compulsory to become a management accountant, it is no doubt an added advantage for the students.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) was constituted in 1972, following the enactment of the Gujarat Secondary Education Act 1972. Its Chairman and Deputy Chairman are appointed by the State Government. It has 16 ex officio members, and 44 other members drawn from academic organizations, legislative bodies and civil society. Various Committees with specific responsibilities function under the Board, such as the Executive Committee, Examination Committee, Finance Committee, Education Committee, and Magazine Advisory Committee.
